The universal endorsement pack — every route
Four document types appear in every Global Talent endorsement application, whichever body assesses it. First, a CV of at most three pages, tailored to the endorsement criteria rather than to a job application. Second, a personal statement — Tech Nation caps it at 1,000 words; the academic and arts bodies expect an equivalent statement of achievement and UK contribution. Third, three letters of recommendation from senior figures in your field who can speak to your work independently — at least two from outside your current employer. Fourth, up to 10 pieces of supporting evidence mapped to the body's published criteria.
Evidence means independently verifiable documents: press coverage, award certificates, funding announcements, GitHub or publication records, signed client or investor letters, speaking invitations. A claim without a supporting document is an assertion, not evidence. Every document must be in English or accompanied by a certified translation.
Templates for the CV, personal statement, recommendation letter, and evidence portfolio are in the template library — this page tells you what you need; the library gives you the starting files.
